<>Fiorentina’s Martin Jorgensen may have to undergo surgery after fracturing his cheekbone in the 3-1 win over Atalanta.</P>

<P>Tests later confirmed it was a fracture of the cheekbone and today or Monday it will be decided whether or not he requires an operation.</P>
